Thank you for your interest in having us see your Richmond clients at home. Client labels may be sent by fax at 1  833  333  1464 or via Text (604)  363  0306. Please indicate whether you would like me to see this patient for 1 prenatal home visit, 1 postpartum home visit or 6 weeks of postpartum primary care at home.

To be eligible for our care you must

• Be covered by MSP or Pacific Blue Cross

• Live in Richmond

While we would love to be able to care for everyone we receive more referrals than we can service. Priority will be given to individuals who are Indigenous, Black, new to Canada, single parents, LGBTQ2SI+, <20years old, low income, disabled, neurodivergent.
